Culinary Excellence
We start every dish from scratch and use fresh ingredients to bring our mouthwatering, Cajun and Americana cuisine to life. We’re known as a sports bistreaux – with a 75/25 Food to alcoholic beverage ratio – which speaks to the flavor and finesse of our food.

commitment to serve
As we’ve grown, one thing is consistent – our commitment to the communities we serve. From golf tournaments, silent auctions, youth sports sponsorships, local schools and more.
The Walk-On’s Game On Foundation is inspired by our roots on the courts and fields of our community. Our non-profit organization’s mission is to rebuild or refurbish youth sports facilities. Money raised through our Foundation supports youth sports facilities and athletics in communities all across the country.
In collaboration with Furlough Kitchen in Dallas, Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux launched Furlough Kitchen by Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux during the COVID-19 crisis. Furlough Kitchen by Walk-On’s operated out of a food truck or curbside at our restaurants and offered food to anyone in need.
Through product and monetary donations, we were able to serve 30,000 meals to furloughed workers – no matter their employer- across 5 states.

Our concept was born in the shadows of Tiger Stadium – where tailgate parties and game day hype are our expertise. Whether you’re at Walk-On’s for dinner with the family, date night, cocktails with the girls or to watch a game on the big screen, we’re always happy to share our Louisiana culture with you.
