What experience do I need to own a Walk-On’s franchise?
While previous restaurant experience is helpful, it’s not necessary. We are on the lookout for franchise owners who are passionate about the Walk-On’s brand, have strong business acumen, and the financial resources to invest in building a growing franchise. Leadership, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience are key qualities we look for.
What is provided as part of the Walk-On’s franchise program?
Every franchisee gets all-in support from day one. We provide in-depth training at one of our training restaurants, combining classroom lessons with hands-on operations. When it’s time for your Grand Opening, we are there on-site to ensure your kick off is strong and successful. Long after your doors open, our team will have your back with ongoing support in marketing, operations, and staff development.
How much will I pay in royalties?
Walk-On’s franchisees contribute 5% of their gross revenues as a royalty fee. This fuels our ongoing support, training, and operational improvements to keep you on the winning path.
Are there any marketing fees?
To build brand recognition and drive sales, franchisees contribute 3% of gross revenues to our marketing fund. This investment supports national campaigns while also helping boost your local store’s marketing efforts.
What is the term of the agreement?
The initial franchise agreement spans 10 years, with the opportunity to renew for two additional five-year terms.
